November 2025
The 425 Skala International Legion began activities in November 2025 through an initiative by foreign service members. It developed into what is now an official unit within Skala.
Regions and roles in the Legion’s history
The Legion’s history records operations in Hryshyne (Гришине, referred to as “Grishna” in the initial material), Pokrovsk (Покровськ), Sumy (Суми), and Zaporizhzhia (Запоріжжя). Roles have included Assault, Reconnaissance, Defense, Sustainment, and Drones.
Current phase
The current phase focuses on expanding the Legion, its organization and preparation, and continuing support for Ukraine’s Defence Forces.
